By accessing or using the Horoof Societywebsite, mobile experience, or any service we provide (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and product descriptions may change without notice. Payment is processed through Shopify and its partners; Horoof Society does not store your full payment card details.

All trademarks, product designs, photography, copy, and the حروف Horoof mark itself remain the exclusive property of Horoof Society. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access it through automated means, interfering with other users, or uploading content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horoof Society is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability for any direct damages is capped at the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page and, when significant, communicated by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of Jordan.
