Shipping Methods

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and selected method. Free shipping kicks in above the threshold shown in your cart (varies by region).
Order Processing
We process orders Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed after [CUTOFF TIME] ship the following business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our fulfilment partner.
Tracking
Tracking links are sent by email and visible on your order history when logged in.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition with all tags intact. To start a return, email info@horoofsociety.comwith your order number — we’ll send you instructions.
Final-sale items, customised pieces, and items marked “LIMITED” or “ARCHIVE” are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [REFUND WINDOW] business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Did your order arrive damaged, or is the wrong piece in the box? Photograph the item and email us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll cover the return shipping and either replace or refund.
